Data protection Declaration on the obligation to provide information

Basics
This privacy policy applies to all persons who use the services of our company. It informs you about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of your personal data by our company. We respect your privacy and endeavour to comply strictly with the legal requirements for processing your personal data (EU Regulation No. 679/2016 (DSGVO), DSG 2000, DSG 2018 and TKG 2003). All your personal data will be processed on this basis.

By using our services and granting consent within the meaning of this declaration, you confirm that you are 14 years of age or older and are in a position to grant a permissible consent, or that an effective consent of your legal guardian or your custodian already exists.

Data processing
Your personal data, in particular your master data (surname, first name, address, e-mail address, telephone and fax number, date of birth, customer number) as well as language, the data in travel documents (passport number, passport data, date of birth, issuing authority, duration, nationality) and identity cards (identity card, driving licence etc. including issuing authority and duration). Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties.

Our web presence
When you access our website, your access data is automatically collected and stored. These access data may include in particular the page called up, the files viewed, the date and time of the call, the user's IP address, data of the calling computer, in particular the browser and operating system, as well as the amount of data and the notification of the successful call. This access data is used by us for internal statistical purposes to ensure the security of our offer and to optimise the offer. In the event of suspicion of illegal activity, the access data is evaluated for preservation of evidence.

By entering your personal data in one of our contact forms, you consent to the transmission to and storage and processing by us for the duration of the support of this specific enquiry. This applies in particular to your enquiries via contact form, chat and e-mails that you send us. We need this data to process your enquiry and in these cases we also save your IP address for the purpose of securing evidence. The data will be stored for as long as this is necessary to deal with any supplementary or subsequent questions that you or we may have.

Cookies
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. They enable us to recognise your browser on your next visit. If you do not wish to do so, you can set up your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and only allow this in individual cases.
If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.

Google Web Fonts
Some of our pages use so-called web fonts, which are provided by Google, for the uniform display of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.
For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to Google's servers. This enables Google to know that our website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a uniform and attractive presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 letter f DSGVO. If your browser does not support Web Fonts, a standard font will be used by your computer.
Further information on Google Web Fonts can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in the Google data protection declaration: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.

Facebook
The website integrates plugins of the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. You can recognise the Facebook plugins by the Facebook logo or the "Like Button" ("Like") on our site. You can find an overview of the Facebook plugins here: developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/. When you visit our pages, the plugin establishes a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server. Facebook thereby receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you click the Facebook "Like-Button" while you are logged in to your Facebook account, you can link the contents of our pages on your Facebook profile. This enables Facebook to assign visits to our pages to your user account. We would like to point out that we, as the provider of the pages, have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Facebook. You can find further information on this in the facebook privacy policy at www.facebook.com/policy.php. If you do not want Facebook to be able to assign visits to our Pages to your Facebook user account, please log out of your Facebook user account.

Instagram
Functions of the Instagram service are integrated on our pages. These functions are offered by Instagram Inc, 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA.

If you are logged in to your Instagram account, you can link the contents of our pages to your Instagram profile by clicking the Instagram button. This allows Instagram to associate your visit to our sites with your account. We would like to point out that we, as the provider of the pages, have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Instagram.

For more information, please refer to Instagram's privacy policy: https://instagram.com/about/legal/privacy/.

YouTube
Our websites use plug-ins from the YouTube site operated by Google. The operator of the pages is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit one of our sites equipped with a YouTube plugin, a connection is established to the YouTube servers. This tells the YouTube server which of our pages you have visited. If you are logged in to your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to assign your surfing behaviour directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account. YouTube is used in the interest of an attractive presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest in the sense of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Further information on the handling of user data can be found in the YouTube data protection declaration at: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy.

Storage period
We only process and store your data for as long as this is necessary for processing or to comply with legal obligations. Your data will be blocked or deleted after the purpose of processing has ceased. If there are any additional legal obligations to store your data, we will block or delete your data upon expiry of the legal storage periods.

Your rights
You have the following legal rights against us with regard to personal data concerning you:

1) Right to information
You have the right to request confirmation as to whether we process personal data concerning you. If this is the case, you have the right to be informed about this personal data and to receive further information, e.g. the purposes of processing, the recipients and the planned duration of storage or the criteria for determining the duration.

2) Right of rectification and integration
You have the right to request that incorrect data be corrected immediately. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you have the right to request the completion of incomplete data.

3) Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
You have the right to delete the data if the processing is not necessary. This is the case, for example, if your data are no longer necessary for the original purposes, if you have revoked your declaration of consent under data protection law or if the data have been processed unlawfully.

4) Right to limit processing
You have the right to restrict processing, for example if you believe that personal data is incorrect.

5) Right to data transferability
You have the right to receive personal data concerning you in a structured, common and machine-readable format.

6) Right of objection
You have the right to object at any time, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to the processing of certain personal data concerning you. In the case of direct marketing, you, as the data subject, have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data relating to you for the purposes of such marketing, including profiling, insofar as it relates to such direct marketing.

7) Right to withdraw your consent to data protection
You can revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time with effect for the future. However, this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to the time of revocation.

Contact
You can request information about your personal data stored by us free of charge at any time. As the person concerned, you also have the right to revoke, inform, delete, correct, restrict and transfer your personal data, provided that this is not opposed by any legal obligation on our part to retain it.

The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 of the German Telecommunications Act (TKG) and Art 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (justified interest) of the German Data Protection Act (DSGVO).
Our concern within the meaning of the DSGVO (justified interest) is the improvement of our offer and our web presence. As the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymised.
